Taarini – Shipping, Cancellation & Returns Policy
Shipping & Delivery
Standard Dispatch Time: All orders, including those within Bengaluru, are dispatched within 7 to 14 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Pre-Booking Products: For pre-booked items, please allow 9 to 18 business days for dispatch.
Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Notifications: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
❌ Order Cancellation, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
No cancellation, no return, no exchange, and no refund—sales are final once an order is placed.
Exceptions apply if the product is damaged, defective, or misdescribed:
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photographs and an unboxing video, along with your order number.
On verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit..
Order Cancellation
Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement.
Branded Sarees.
Post 6 Hours: After this window, cancellations are not accepted as processing and procurement begin immediately.

Return & Exchange Policy
General Policy: We maintain a No Refund, No Exchange, and No Cancellation policy once an order is processed, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
Damaged or Defective Products:
Reporting Timeframe: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Required Documentation: Provide clear photographs and an unboxing video of the product, along with your order number, to [email protected].
Return Approval: Upon review, if the product is deemed defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products that have been customized, including tailored sarees or those with fall and edging services.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Products returned without original packaging and tags.
These exceptions are not optional—they are required under the Consumer Protection (E‑Commerce) Rules, 2020, which mandate returns/refunds for “defective or misrepresented goods
Product Condition & Quality
Slight color variations due to photography or display settings are not considered defects.
Please choose your product size or variant carefully; no returns or exchanges will be accepted for size/choice errors.
How to Report Damage

Our team will assess your case and offer either a replacement or store credit.
If approved, replacement stores will dispatch promptly; store credit can be used on future purchases.
